The process of setting up your Kredily account is simple and can be done in 5-easy steps.
Step 1: Complete ‘Company Profile’ Page.
Step 2: Complete Your ‘My Profile’ Page
Step 1: Complete Your Company Profile
The first step to setting up your Kredily account is to complete your Company Profile. From the dashboard, click on ‘Company Profile.’ This will redirect you to your company’s profile page.
Within your company’s profile, edit your company’s primary information (registered company name, website, brand name and social profiles), company address (registered address and other branch/office addresses), departments, designation, announcements, company policies, admins, and statutory for your account.
It is necessary to complete your Company Profile in the beginning, and should only be updated to show changes in your company’s structure or policies.
Now, that you’ve completed your ‘Company Profile,’ let’s set up your Profile page and run you through the profile pages of your employees.
Step 2: Complete Your ‘My Profile’ Page
‘My Profile’ page is your personal profile page, likewise, will reflect individual profiles of your employees invited/added on your Kredily account.
In ‘My Profile’ page, one can edit their personal information (personal info, contact info, addresses), add their education history, share family information and upload documents (ID and address proofs.)
However, details shown under ‘Work’ and ‘Team’ tab can only be added by an admin and can not be edited by a non-admin user.
As an admin, one can add/edit work-related information (employee id, type, status, date of joining, work experience, probation period, designation, department, job title, sub-department, work history in the organization and resignation/employee exit information), and team related information (reporting manager.)
Also, as an admin, along with all the available information you can also view Leave and Payroll logs of your employees on their profile page.
Step 3: Add Your Employees To Your Kredily Account.
There are two ways for you to add your employees to your Kredily account,
- Add individual employees, or
- Bulk add employees.
To individually add employees, click on ‘Add Employee’ on the Dashboard screen or click ‘+’ from the ‘Directory’ application, this will redirect you to ‘Onboarding New Employee’ page.
Now, add your employees’ mandatory information (name, employee id, official email id, DOJ, DOB, and gender) and optional information (work info – department, designation, manager, employee type, probation period, and salary information of your employee.
After all necessary information has been entered, click on ‘Save.’ Your new employees’ information has now been successfully added and can be viewed from the ‘Directory’ application.
To bulk add employees, open ‘Directory’ application from your Dashboard, and click on ‘Bulk Add.’ This will open a dialog box with two buttons, ‘Download Your Excel Sheet’ and ‘Upload Excel Sheet,’ and a list of optional fields that you can add to the template, click on ‘Download Your Excel Sheet’ to download the excel template.
Once, you’ve compiled your employee data, click on ‘Upload Excel Sheet.’ After your data is uploaded this will refresh the ‘Directory,’ you can now view the details of all employees you’ve uploaded.
Note – The drop-down lists in the excel template will only contain data added during the completion of your ‘Company Profile.’ Hence, it is important for you to complete your ‘Company Profile’ before downloading the excel template and uploading your employee information.
Congratulations! You’ve now successfully set up your Kredily account and added your employee details to your Kredily account.
