How to set penalty rules?

Please click on attendance>>attendance rules>>advance settings>>turn ON penalty rules for IN, OUT, and Work duration. Also, late coming allowed means how many times an employee is allowed for late coming/early clock out/shortfall in WD in a month. Penalty interval means after 4 late coming on the 5th day an employee will be charged for half a day then 6,7 and 8 days there will not be any deduction then 9th again the half day will be deducted. Leave deduction means from which all leave to balance the penalty will be deducted
